I highly recommend using Stafford Caravan Sales, we recently bought a lunar quasar from them and I cannot thank them enough, we absolutely love the caravan! If your a first time buyer or a seasoned caravanner, get in touch with these guys. I'm already thinking of a twin axle 6 berth and there is only one place that I will go and buy this from, the team at Stafford Caravan Sales and this is a big statement considering I live in Scotland! I am new to caravans and the team at Stafford Caravan Sales really helped me understand how everything works inside and outside. I am in love with my new caravan and it’s lived up to every expectation and was in amazing condition. On my first holiday I was stuck with getting the hot water to work (my fault) and Peter was happy to FaceTime me to show me while I was stuck at my pitch up. Lovely friendly team whose aftercare was amazing. Thank you Stafford caravan sales.

Really lovely people who leave you to look at the vans in peace without any sales pressure whatsoever. Traded up from our 1998 van to a much more modern vehicle, and I absolutely love it. Great range of vans, friendly and helpful people - really recommend them.

Not a great experience. Paid for the caravan, delivered as planned, keys handed over, no explanation of how anything works, even know they knew we were first time caravaners, messaged one of the owners as some things were not right, had to replace the door blind as was broken, got to replace the fridge shelves as rusty, they were not like that when we viewed the caravan ( more than once) one of the bed runners broken, the owners said they would fix this, but never, another item we need to replace. No answer from the owner, offer of support or rectify the problems or even where we go for help,

Well we left Southampton to view a van in Gloucester which wasnt as tidy as i hoped made a phonecall to these guys late in the day and they stayed open an hr later for us to get there ! Which was fantastic.van was all connected to power so could see everything working no pushy sales just let us look and i bought 1 of a higher standard and cleanliness that i looked at previously from somewhere else ! All in all a fantastic experience with a fantastic team callum and peter who went above and beyond !! Highly recommend and a well deserved 5 stars 👏

Absolutely awesome!! Peter and Callum were brilliant!! They left you to look with no pressure or sales talk. If you ask anything they were so helpful and knowledgeable. We have just bought a 6 berth after nearly 20 year break and it couldn’t of been easier. We were so surprised a starter pack came with the caravan so didn’t have to get steps, water carriers , cables etc. Peter delivery it free of charge and left us feeling so relaxed and able to go back for any advice. Over the moon with our purchase from these 2 guys who " know their stuff". Caravans are clean and tidy and come with a warranty to enable you to check everything over. They held our purchase until we were ready to pick it up from their showroom. The whole purchase was pleasurable and Calum and Peter were not at all pushy. We sat in the caravan for over an hour looking at everything. So, thankyou to stafford caravan sales for a really good experience. Good luck with your up and coming business.
